Vargas buys a 3.5 million dollars apartment in Miami

The PAN affiliated deputy Enrique Vargas del Villar, a candidate hopeful for the opposition alliance in the State of Mexico, owns an apartment valued at almost 3.5 million dollars in the Armani Casa Residences Tower in Miami, purchased last January through the company Vaco Holdings LLC, registered under his name.

The property, located in the exclusive Sunny Isles area, spans 249 square meters (about 2,680 square feet) with four bedrooms and four and a half bathrooms. The building offers luxurious amenities and was inaugurated in 2020. The transaction amounted to 3.5 million dollars, and the company was established in Delaware in December 2021, although it was registered in Florida in January 2022, a week before the purchase.

The ownership details are public in Florida, revealing that Vargas is the only executive of the company. The record does not specify whether the payment was made in full or through credit. The apartment has an annual property tax of 45,000 dollars and a monthly maintenance fee of about 2,150 dollars. If rented, it could generate between 35,000 and 45,000 dollars per month, according to real estate estimates.
